Reproduction
Fairy penguins grow to there full maturity at different times. The female hit there full maturity at 2 years, however the males take 3 year to hit there maturity.once the the two mean there are together forever, not all penguins are like this it is somewhat special to them. the average number of eggs each year is from two to three, it is all dependent on how much food they can get.The egg don't hatch for 7-8 weeks.
Diet
These birds feed by hunting fish, squid and other small sea animalswhich they travel and dive quite extensively for.
Adaptions
Adaptions includes of, a second eye lid so it is easier to see under water,
Preen their feathers to keep them waterproof. They do this by rubbing a tiny drop of oil from a small gland on their tail onto every feather.
Habitat
thees penguins live in Oceania, spending most of there time in the water. For there homes they dig a hole in the ground called beros,they do this with there wings, now that's hard to do. Sometimes to get to their homes they walk up to 2 kilometers to get there, and yes there is hills.
Needs
thses small penguins have there needs met by doing thing such as, well they are swiming they can get the water that they need, and to get there air they breeth like you and me.
